Balmer Lawrie (UAE) manufactures a variety of General Line Tinplate containers for the Lubricants, Greases, Edible Oil, Ghee, Paints, Thinners, Chemicals, Tea and Powdered Food Products, etc.

These containers in different shapes and sizes are manufactured from Prime Tinplate directly bought from reputed Mills. The range of containers includes:

Round Cans in diameters from 65 mm to 228 mm, either Open Top type for seaming one end after filling, or with different types of closures such as simple Rings and Lids, or Double Tight Rings and Lids, or Rings, Lids and Aluminium Foil, or Metal Screw Necks and Caps or Plastics Pull-up Spouts. These cans are typically used for Lubricants, Greases, Edible Oil, Ghee, Paints, Chemicals, Tea and Powdered Food Products, etc.

Rectangular Cans in different cross-sections (162 x 90 mm, 166 x 103 mm, 175 x 108 mm), and of capacities ranging from 1.25 litres to 6 litres, with different types of closures such as Metal Screw Necks and Caps, or Plastics Pull-up Spouts. These cans are typically used for Lubricants, Edible Oil, Thinners, Chemicals, etc.

Conical Pails of four different cross-sections, and capacities ranging from 1 USG to 25 litres, with Lug Lids, or Lids with Locking Rings; Lids can optionally be fitted with Plastic or Metal Screw Caps, or Plastics Pull-up Spouts. These pails are typically used for Lubricants, Greases, Ghee, Paints, Thinners, Chemicals, etc.

Cylindrical drums of capacities ranging from 10 litres to 25 litres, with Plastic or Metal Screw Caps, or Plastics Pull-up Spouts. These packs are typically used for Lubricants, Edible Oil, Thinners, Chemicals, etc.

Square Cans of 233 x 233 mm cross-section of capacities ranging from 10 litres to 20 litres, with different types of closures such as Centre Lids or Plastics Pull-up Spouts. These cans are typically used for Lubricants, Edible Oil, Ghee, etc.

The cans can be printed in multiple colours to a very high quality in customer’s designs in modern off-set printing presses. The cans can be internally plain or lacquer lined, with either Pigmented or Gold Lacquer. In internally lacquer lined cans, the weld stripe is typically powder coated. The can ends can be plain, coated and/or printed to customer’s requirements.

Several types of handles, such as Tinplate Bridge handles, Plastic handles, Galvanised Wire Handles, Pail handles of either Plastics or Galvanised Wire can be fitted to the cans depending on customer’s requirements and end use.
